How to close an open ticket


There are two ways to close an incident report.

1. Leave a message: Contact the help desk at (814) 898-6550 and inform the technician that the problem has been corrected.
2. Use this site: Login to the restech website and you will see your ticket. By clicking on the edit ticket button you'll be brought to another page that allows you to close your ticket.
