Report a Problem

There are two ways to report a problem with your computer.

1. Place a work request: Login to the database and submit a problem report by clicking on "Report Problem" at the top of the screen, fill out the form, and then submit it. Then during normal business hours a technician will be in contact with you. (RECOMMENDED)
2. Contact a technician: Contact the help desk at (814) 898-6550 and speak directly to a technician.
